As President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom leads the full resources of CoreCentric Solutions to help meet client needs today while anticipating tomorrow’s market challenges.

Tom brings a wealth managerial experience to his role, most recently serving as President and CEO of Dyno, LLC, the exclusive distributor of Singer branded sewing notions and crafting supplies. Prior to Dyno, Tom enjoyed an 18-year career at Turtle Wax, an internationally-recognized manufacturer of car care products. During this time, he held a variety of leadership positions including President Global Consumer Products, Chief Operating Officer and Interim President Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University and his MBA from DePaul University. He has been in his role at CoreCentric Solutions since March 2018.

As the managing director of our engineering efforts in India, Rajiv was instrumental in establishing and opening our Pune-based facility in April 2010.

Prior to CoreCentric, he was a member of the senior leadership team at WNS Global Services, a leading international offshore solutions provider, where he was responsible for business transformation in the financial services, travel and insurance verticals, and helped lead transition efforts for complex, cross-continental programs.

Rajiv studied mechanical engineering at the University of Wuerzburg-Schweinfurt in Germany, where he grew up and lived for many years. He also proudly served the German Federal Army before relocating to India.

Ken has oversight for CoreCentric’s engineering, quality control and repair/remanufacturing operations. These teams focus on product innovation, process and quality controls and operational efficiencies.

Prior to his role at CoreCentric, Ken was director of engineering services at Tripp Lite, a manufacturer of power protection and connectivity solutions. He also held various engineering management, research and development and product supply chain positions for Eaton Corporation, Woodward, Inc. and Sears Holding Corporation.

Ken earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and a master’s certification from the University of Wisconsin. He joined the CoreCentric team in July 2015.

Joining CoreCentric in July 2012, Dave leverages nearly 30 years’ experience to lead our global technology efforts.

Throughout his career, he has held a number of positions with increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was an executive with AtHome America, an organization that offered direct ecommerce sales of home décor items. Prior to AtHome, Dave served as senior consultant with the multi-billion-dollar hedge fund Pequot Capital where he offered strategic advice to major brands including Nissan North America and Allstate Insurance. Dave began his career with Applied Systems as a web technologies manager.

Dave received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Northern Illinois University.

Instrumental in establishing numerous companies and organizations, Bill has served as chairman of the board at CoreCentric Solutions since 2010. He is a retired owner and partner of the law firm Stotis & Baird Chartered and has been involved in many enterprises as an owner, investor and officer.

Bill previously served as president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Cambridge Bank. He has also been a director or board member of the following companies:

John was appointed to the CoreCentric Solutions board in 2011. 

Previously, John was President of the Americas at Diversey, Inc. Prior to Diversey, he spent 22 years with Whirlpool Corp. in senior leadership roles in the areas of new business development and innovation, brand businesses and international, working with a JV partner in Brazil for five years. Upon returning, John led a new Whirlpool Internet venture called Brandwise.

In addition to the CoreCentric Solutions board, he sits on the board of Construction Resources.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio Northern University and a master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.

A director at CoreCentric Solutions since September 2017, Tom brings a successful 30-year track record in operations, technology and account management – with a particular emphasis in reverse logistics and a third-party logistics provider – to his role.

Tom was president of GENCO’s reverse logistics unit for several years, overseeing a period of significant profitable growth during his tenure. GENCO is a FedEx company based in Pennsylvania, serving many technology and consumer industries in the United States and Canada. He also served as chief technology officer at GENCO IT for two years prior to his 2016 retirement from the company.

Tom received his BA in journalism from Temple University.

For more than 25 years, John has played a leading role in every aspect of private company and family office investing. In addition to being on the Board of Directors of CoreCentric Solutions since 2010, he sits on a variety of private company and philanthropic boards.

John has structured transactions as a lawyer, improved operations as a management consultant, started companies as an entrepreneur, led management teams as a CEO, advised significantly wealthy families regarding their investments and led numerous investments in private companies.
