Appliance Parts Remanufacturer CoreCentric Solutions Expands Chicago Area Operation
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Glendale Heights, Il (PRWEB) August 09, 2012 – Appliance parts remanufacturer CoreCentric Solutions has expanded its warehouse and production operations in suburban Chicago, adding both space and staff.
On track for a record-setting 2012, appliance parts remanufacturer CoreCentric Solutions (https://www.corecentricsolutions.com) has expanded its warehouse and production operations in suburban Chicago, adding both space and staff.
CoreCentric, which sells products and services to homeowners, repair professionals and manufacturers worldwide, has leased an additional 37,000 square feet at a Hanover Park, Ill., industrial park (1575 Hunter Rd.) where it has maintained a warehouse and production facility since 2008. Company headquarters is in nearby Glendale Heights.
The newly leased space in Hanover Park allows CoreCentric to respond to increased demand for its electronic and mechanical remanufacturing, core collection, product returns handling and depot repair services. The company currently rebuilds more than 30,000 components each month – up from 20,000 per month in 2011 — for leading appliance brands including Kenmore, Whirlpool, Jenn-Air, Kitchenaid, Maytag, Bosch, Thermador, Dacor, Electrolux, Frigidaire, GE, LG, NordicTrack, and Proform. It also offers a quick-turnaround (as little as 48 hours) return-for-repair service.
Revenues for the company grew 30% between 2010 and 2011, and the company is set to again deliver double-digit growth in 2012, according to Murray Massey, CoreCentric Solutions Vice President of Operations. “We are on track to have another stellar year as our business continues to grow and overall efficiencies continue to further improve profitability,” he said.
“We are using our expertise in best practice manufacturing principles, including flexible workflow models and testing to factory specifications, to expand our electronic and mechanical remanufacturing, depot repair, and warehousing activities. As we grow these areas, we are developing a more cross-functional approach to supply chain management, and have made sizeable investments in people and capital to support the effort.”
As manufacturers introduce appliances with upgraded features and discontinue repair parts for older models, CoreCentric fills the void. Not only do manufacturers outsource their core collection and parts repair to CoreCentric; the company also works with an increasing number of service entities nationwide in fulfilling the repair needs of customers with older appliances.
Another growing market for the company is budget-strapped homeowners, and those who simply want to live greener by repairing versus replacing their major appliances. These individuals contact CoreCentric via its toll-free number or web site.
“We are proud of our A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, which recently presented us with a Complaint-Free Award for 2011,” said Donna Barbic, CoreCentric Solutions Vice President of Sales. The company has also received an Asurion Newcomer of the Year award for suppliers; a Professional Service Association/National Appliance Service Convention certificate of appreciation; and a Sears Partners in Progress award.
Since its 1995 founding, CoreCentric Solutions has implemented quality initiatives that are unprecedented in its industry. The company continues to invest in its global engineering and testing lab to ensure quality and consistency in all new product launches and production activities. It maintains an ISO 9001:2015 certification and has implemented a continuous improvement program. All parts carry a six-month guarantee, and the company offers telephone customer support.
