CoreCentric’s Solutions, innovative Return for Repair Service allows you to send a defective part directly to us, when a replacement part is no longer available (NLA). We will inspect, analyze, and remanufacture your part and return it to you within just a few days.
We offer an extensive list of parts eligible for our Return for Repair Service. This solution allows you to avoid a costly product replacement; and will keep your appliance operational for years to come! Repairs are performed in-house usually within 2-5 business days after receipt and carry a full 6 month warranty.

Return for Repair Program
1. Package the part to prevent shipping damage during transportation. Use anti static bags or aluminum foil if electronics are exposed.
2. If possible, include peripheral items such as keyboards, power supplies and sensors with the part being returned.
3. Fill out the CoreCentric Solutions Return For Repair (RFR) Order Form and include it with the part being returned.
5. Print out the form, include it with the defective part and ship the part to:
