CoreCentric Solutions, Inc. Appoints John Alexander to Board of Directors

Glendale Heights, IL., May 4, 2011/PRNewswire—CoreCentric Solutions, an industry leader in in the remanufacture of electronic controls and reverse logistics, announces the appointment of John Alexander, President of the Americas Region at JohnsonDiversey, to its board of directors as of March 2011.

Alexander is currently serving as President of the Americas Region at JohnsonDiversey, a position he has held since October 2008.

Before joining JohnsonDiversey, Inc. John Alexander was Vice President and General Manager, New Business and Innovation, North America with Whirlpool Corporation. Prior to this assignment, in June 2006, he was named vice president and general manager, Brand Management which included all U.S.-branded businesses.

Alexander joined Whirlpool Corporation in 1986 in the cooking product engineering area. He relocated to company headquarters in Benton Harbor, Michigan, in 1989 and held a number of managerial positions in planning, merchandising and product development. In June 1993, he began a five-year assignment in Brazil managing several different areas including marketing, product development and international sales.

On his return to the U.S., he led the initiative to form a new Internet venture that Whirlpool invested in called Brandwise. He was then named vice president, strategic projects. In June 1999, he was appointed vice president, consumer loyalty. He was named general manager, National Accounts in early 2001.

A native of Marion, Ohio, Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio Northern University and a master of business administration from The Ohio State University.
